Abstract
The interest of socializing the new generations in the constitutional values, and even in the true normativity of the Constitution is undeniable. And yet, it is an issue ignored by the public powers or, rather, unknown in its true meaning, neutral and non-partisan, which requires State pacts in which essential elements of coincidence should be reached, whatever the alternation. politics. Although transversally, and largely tacit, underlying this reflection is concern about the lack of duties and responsibilities in which our society seems to have settled. This explains the final example with which we want to draw attention to the importance of learning, as well as teaching.
