Abstract

This paper analyses the practice of final provisions in laws that contain qualifications for their parliamentary development. It examines their huge variety, the doubts that may arise from the perspective of the authorities entitled to accomplish their parliamentary development and requisites, as well as the possibility to consider the existence of a legal obligation to perform these tasks and their exigence in court roceedings, in light of the latest case-law developments.
