Abstract
Abstract: The Constitution gives the Parliament an autonomous power to approve the budget. On the other hand, laws governing the Constitutional Court, Court of Auditors, the State Council and General Council of the Judiciary give these constitutional bodies competence to approve their respective budgets. In all cases, they are budget sections incorporated in the State Budget, so it is worth noting the extent of budgetary autonomy and the relationship with the corresponding Government budgetary duty. The paper reviews the nature, structure, content and phases of parliamentary budget cycle.
