Abstract
This work is a reflection about the task that according the Constitution and the standing orders the Speakers should carry out. The approach is made from the personal experience of his author and its purpose is to remark the guidelines which shape the task of Speakers, both in their success and mistakes. It wishes to be useful for those who run such a difficult authority.
