Abstract
This article, reproducing a speech pronounced on the occasion of the author’s investiture as doctor honoris causa, reflects on events to come and their effect on Spanish Constitution, from his experience as a “father of the Constitution”. He particularly considers that autonomies problem has not been solved by the constituents.
