The Application by the Senate of Article 155 of the Constitution

Abstract
For the first time since the Spanish Constitution came into force its section 155 has been fully implemented. In this contribution it is analyzed, from the juridical point of view, the authorization proceedings followed in the Senate on the measures proposed by the Government affecting the Self-governing Community of Catalonia and also the oversight powers of the Upper Chamber in its application.
