Abstract
Reflexión sobre este segundo volumen que versa sobre la usualmente denominada parte orgánica de la Constitución, esto es, los órganos de poder, su composición y funciones, los mecanismos de control, el Poder Judicial, la configuración del Estado autonómico y el Tribunal Constitucional para finalmente dedicar un tema a la reforma constitucional.
