Abstract

On two unconstitutionality appeals against the Resolution of the Plenary of the Senate, dated October 27, 2017, adopting the measures required by the Government under section 155 of the Spanish Constitution, the Constitutional Court decides to dismiss both, except one provision on the publication in the official diaries of the Self-governing Community, and subsequently declare the full compliance with the Constitution of both the proceedings followed and the measures adopted.
