Abstract

In this document, an analysis is made of judgments 46/2018, of April 26, and 47/2018, of April 26, handed down by the Constitutional Court. The judgments were issued in the context of legal and political events that occurred in 2017 in the Self-governing Community of Catalonia. The Constitutional Court precisely defines the assessment function of the Chamber Bureaus. The study begins with the background of the judgments, continues with the comment and ends with the conclusions.
