Abstract

The Plenary of the Constitutional Court agrees to partially uphold the appeal filed against various agreements and resolutions of the Parliament of Catalonia related to the convening of a debate related to the monarchy. The Judgment is based on the breach of the duties that, in previous pronouncements of the Court, had imposed on the governing body of the Chamber in its powers of qualification and admission to processing of parliamentary initiatives.
