Abstract
The mixed parliamentary group of the Basque Country and Miss Amaia Martínez Grisaleña file an appeal for legal protection regarding the agreements of the Bureau that defined the regime for the exercise of her parliamentary functions. The Court declares the nullity of the name agreements of the parliamentary group and of those that established the number of initiatives that it could present and its interventions in parliamentary debates.
