Notes on two parliamentary acts of the Crown: the oath of the Crown Prince in 1986 and the oath and proclamation of the King in 2014

Abstract
This work delves into the parliamentary acts of the Crown, starting with the swearing in of the Constitution by the Crown Prince in 1986 and the swearing in and proclamation of the new King in 2014, following the recent publication of the book El juramento de la Princesa Leonor de Borbón y Ortiz (aspectos constitucionales y parlamentarios), by Luis María Cazorla Prieto, which deals with these same issues. The author's participation in the preparation of these acts allows him to provide a precise vision of their historical background and their current regulation and constitutional significance, as well as to provide a legal classification, from the point of view of their content, of the parliamentary actions related to the Crown as provided for in Title II of the Spanish Constitution of 1978, which include acts of a very diverse nature that have not yet been sufficiently studied by the doctrine.
