Abstract

In this paper we analyse Order 125/2022, of 29 September, of the Constitutional Court, which considers the possibility of the trade unions Unión General de Trabajadores (UGT) and Comisiones Obreras (CC. OO.) appearing in an appeal of unconstitutionality as an intervener on the basis of Articles 7, 10.2, 24 and 28 of the Spanish Constitution.
