Abstract
By this order, the Plenary of the Constitutional Court agrees to suspend as a precautionary measure, in application of article 56.6 of the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court, the parliamentary processing of two amendments, due to lack of homogeneity, that modify the Organic Law of the Judicial Power and the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court, presented to the Organic Law Proposal for the transposition of European directives and other provisions for the adaptation of criminal legislation to the European Union system, and reform of crimes against moral integrity, public disorder and smuggling of dual-use weapons, that had been introduced in the text approved by the Congress of Deputies on December 15, 2022 and sent to the Senate for further processing.
