Abstract

Within the powers of control of the executive, some parliamentary regulations have recognized the right of the deputies to visit the Administration offices to verify the operation of the public service. This judgment resolves
the conflict raised between this power of parliamentarians and the limit to it, consisting in the fact of not disturb the normal development of administrative tasks, with special attention to the role played by the Bureau (Table) of the Chamber in said procedure.
