Abstract

SUMARIO: 1. Situación presente del Senado español en el Estado de las Autonomías.-2. Algunas alternativas doctrinales que se ofrecen al insatisfactorio modelo actual de la «Cámara de representación territorial». Las- diversas propuestas para la Reforma constitucional del bicameralismo en España-3. Dificultad de la reforma constitucional expresa del Senado. Significado de la reciente reforma del reglamento del Senado español, de 11 de enero de 1994, en lo que atiende a la potenciación de su función territorial.
