Abstract
SUMARIO: 1. Planteamiento. 2. La Reforma del Reglamento de la Asamblea de Extremadura: El status de los diputados «no adscritos». 2.1. El Acuerdo sobre transfuguismo en el ámbito local como 'motor' de la reforma extremeña. 2.2. El status de los diputados «no adscritos» de la Asamblea de Extremadura: contenido de la reforma y vicisitudes en su tramitación parlamentaria. 2.3. El status de los diputados «no adscritos» de otras Cámaras regionales. 2.4. Representación política, transfuguismo político y jurisprudencia constitucional. 2.5.
