Abstract

Along this text there are exposed some thoughts about the parliamentary tools to oversight the Government´s action by “Cortes Generales”, as questions, interpellations, data requests or resolutions, not from a doctrinal point of view but a practical experience one. Likewise, it is tried to demonstrate the current and actual importance of these tools because of social and technological advance, from the beginnings of those till nowadays. Related with that, it is tried to defend their utility not only in Government-Parliament relationship, but also between MPs and their electors.
