Abstract
The current crisis of representation and the traditional political parties derives from the deep disaffection prevailing political system, due to both the management of economic and institutional as to recurring episodes of corruption crisis. In this context, the fundamental rights of expression, assembly and expression have acted as a vehicle for expression of quite a few demands and social frustrations. In particular, the shift to the public space of much of citizen complaints as “escraches” or unusual and mass protests against the parliamentary institution not only reveals poor channeling of institutionalized participation ducts but has intensified politics and generated a constitutional issue that is addressed in this work conflict.
