Abstract
Se busca en el transcurso del presente estudio situarnos en la legislación y la jurisprudencia del «Conseil Constitutionnel» (en adelante CC) sobre el parlamentario. El objetivo es simple: indicar, y analizar, someramente, las diferencias más notables entre un parlamentario español y otro francés. El método, comenzar por el momento en que se adquiere la condición de parlamentario y terminar por alguna de las actuaciones como tal.
