Abstract
Centrándose en el bicameralismo como sistema constitucional, la autora se refiere en primer lugar al proceso constituyente, para tratar a continuación de la regulación constitucional del Senado. Más tarde, describe en líneas generales las propuestas de reforma que se han presentado.
