Calidad FECYT

The FECYT (Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology) quality seal is the recognition awarded by this organisation (after the corresponding evaluation process) to Spanish scientific journals in various fields of knowledge. It assesses the editorial and scientific quality of the periodic publications presented on the basis of a series of indicators that have to do with the journal's editorial policy, as well as their dissemination and impact. The Journal of the Cortes Generales obtained the recognition in 2021 and, since then, has renewed it year after year.
OpenAIRE

This is a project of the European Commission, originating in 2009, with the mission to support, accelerate and measure the correct implementation of European policies for open access to scientific publications and research data. It manages a technological infrastructure with a collector that hosts some 149 million publications from different countries, belonging to different journals and repositories.
DOAJ

Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) was created in 2003. It is a directory that compiles information on journals that provide free access to the full text of all their articles. These journals undergo stringent quality control to guarantee their content. It currently includes nearly 19,000 journals and almost 8,600,000 articles.
Latindex

Latindex is a cooperation network of institutions centred on the pursuit of high quality in the scientific publications published in Ibero-America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal, in any language and on any subject. Registration and consultation are free of charge. It has a directory with bibliographic and contact details of the registered print and online journals, and a 2.0 catalogue, made up of online journals that meet high quality standards. The Journal of the Cortes Generales meets 36 of the 38 requirements established by the catalogue.
Recolecta

Spanish repository developed by FECYT (Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology) in collaboration with REBIUN (Network of University Libraries), which aims to "promote and coordinate the national infrastructure of open access digital scientific repositories and ensure that they are interoperable according to the standards of the global community", as well as to promote open access and provide research carried out in Spain with greater visibility at national and international level.
Dialnet

Free and open access bibliographic portal created by the University of La Rioja with the main purpose of giving greater visibility to Hispanic scientific literature. It compiles and facilitates access to scientific content, mainly through document alerts. It also has an exhaustive, interdisciplinary and updated database, which allows the deposit of full-text content. During the last years, they have developed Dialnet Métricas (BETA Version), a collaboration between libraries with the aim of including the bibliographic references of journal articles found on the platform, so that citations to documents and authors can be obtained.
MIAR

"MIAR is an information matrix with data from more than 100 sources, corresponding to journal directories and international indexing and abstracting databases (citation, multidisciplinary or specialised). It is elaborated with the purpose of providing useful information for the identification of scientific journals and the analysis of their dissemination".
Google Scholar

Known as Google Académico in Spanish, the Journal of the Cortes Generales has its own profile in the site. This webpage shows the h and i10 indexes, as well as the number of citations received by other publications which have also created such a profile on the platform.
CARHUS Plus 2014

"CARHUS Plus+ is a classification system for scientific journals in the fields of Social Sciences and Humanities that are published locally, nationally and internationally. This project, developed by AGAUR at the proposal of the Directorate General for Research of the Catalan Government, is presented with the aim of contributing to the evaluation of the research carried out in the Catalan scientific and university system with the maximum objectivity”.
DICE

Database created with the "objective of facilitating knowledge and consultation of some of the editorial characteristics and indirect indicators of quality of Spanish journals in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences".
RESH
It analyses Spanish Social and Human Sciences journals from the point of view of their quality, establishing which of the related criteria they fulfil.
In-RECJ
