Abstract

The Constitutional Court, sitting in plenary, finds that several agreements adopted by the Bureau of Extremadura’s regional Parliament have violated the right of a non-attached deputy to exercise his representative functions in accordance with the requirements laid down by the law; as far as those agreements entirely deprive his right to submit motions before the plenary.
