Abstract

The response of the European Union to the Covid 19 pandemia (Next Generation EU) has been decisive. The Union has shown a “silent” constitunalisation, expanded along its history from 1957. It´s impossible to separate the national law from the european law. It´s impossible to separate the economic and monetary politics of European Union and member states. We expect the same trend in the Conference for the future of Europe.
