Abstract
The Constitutional Court dismisses the appeal of unconstitutionality submitted by more than fifty members of the Congress of Deputies pertaining VOX Parliamentary Group against article 3 bis of the Standing Order of the Asturian Regional Parliament, thus confirming its full accordance with articles 3.2 of the Spanish Constitution and 4 of the Statute of Autonomy of Asturias.
