Abstract

The article comments on a series of judgments in a grouped manner that are related by object, STC 92/2022 and STC 93/2022 of July 11, STC 94/2022, 95/2022, 96/2022 and 97/2022, all of them of July 12.  These are amparo appeals in which the delegation of vote granted to deputies of the Parliament of Catalonia convicted in the framework of the events of the "procés" and in which the Constitutional Court reinforces the automaticity of the suspension of the rights and duties of the parliamentarian produced ex lege (article 384 LECrim).
