Abstract
Con fecha de 26 de septiembre de 1988, la Secretaría General del Congreso de los Diputados emitió Informe acerca de una solicitud de comparecencia del Fiscal General del Estado para informar sobre la actividad procesal del Ministerio Fiscal en un sumario determinado. La presentación de nuevas solicitudes de comparecencia del Fiscal General del Estado para informar sobre la misma materia determinó la elaboración, con fecha de 28 de septiembre de 1988, de un Informe complementario, en el que se aplicaban a las nuevas iniciativas los criterios generales establecidos en el primer Informe. A continuación se reproducen ambos Informes de la Secretaría General de la Cámara.
