Abstract
Con el ánimo de conectar con lo que fue el balance de la actividad del Parlamento de Cataluña en su I Legislatura (1980-84) y con un primer comentario sobre los dos primeros años de la II Legislatura (1984-86), pretendemos en las páginas que siguen destacar los aspectos que nos parecen más importantes de la actividad parlamentaria catalana en la segunda mitad de la II Legislatura, sin perjuicio de aportar algunos datos y realizar algunas consideraciones generales a modo de balance global.
