All in order to determine whether the interdependence and interaction that seems to dominate in relationships is an isolated incident of a political party, or if instead it is extensible to other phenomena, so, we will know the extent to which modern parliaments are losing relevance in favour of political parties and the role being played by the parliamentary groups in them.
