La interacción entre los partidos políticos y los parlamentos : el caso español del PP y del PSOE

Abstract
In this article we have discussed and analyzed the relationship is established between political parties and their parliamentary groups to determine the influence of the former over the latter in the lower house. For this purpose, we will take as a case study, the two major parties of Spain, the PP and PSOE, respectively. All in order to determine whether the interdependence and interaction that seems to dominate in relationships is an isolated incident of a political party, or if instead it is extensible to other phenomena, so, we will know the extent to which modern parliaments are losing relevance in favour of political parties and the role being played by the parliamentary groups in them.
