Abstract

On the Public Prosecutor’s appeal for reconsideration of the non-admission of the appeal for protection 2098-2017, promoted by a parliamentary group and a parliamentarian from the Assembly of Madrid in parliamentary process, the Constitutional Court decides to dismiss it. The Court justifies its decision because it deems the non-admission of such parliamentary appeal for protection compliant with article 50.1 b) of the Constitutional Court Organic Act (LOTC), given that it does not manifest the required dimension of special constitutional transcendence.
