Main Article Content
Abstract
The commentary is about a resolution of the Constitutional Court of obvious general interest, not only because of the political significance of the facts that are being judged, but also from the point of view of legal analysis, for two issues mainly, for being the first time that it is submitted to the Constitutional Court the impugnment of an investiture of a President of the body of an autonomous government, and by the very peculiar way in which the Court decides to adopt precautionary measures even before ruling on the admissibility of the impugnment.
