Abstract

The First Chamber of the Constitutional Court decides to dismiss an appeal for legal protection submitted by the spokesperson of a parliamentary group of the Regional Assembly of Murcia. The Constitutional Court argues that there is no violation of the appellant’s right to exercise their representative functions, given that the decision of the Parliament’s Bureau to declare inadmissible a question with oral reply in the Plenary, which was addressed to the President of the Governing Council of the Region of Murcia and did not pertain to the Government’s action but to the funding of the political party of the President, was a reasoned decision.
