Abstract
SUMARIO: Introducción, a manera de breve explicación de propósitos. I.- El cursillo que profeso Nicolás Pérez Serrano en la residencia de estudiantes en marzo-abril de 1931. 1. Los datos básicos. 2. Elenco de profesores. Acaso los tres mejores tratadistas de Derecho público en España en esa década. 3. Criterios que laten en la propaganda del Cursillo. Autoría: sin duda, Jiménez Fraud. 4. Breve correspondencia de Jiménez Fraud con Adolfo González Posada y Nicolás Pérez Serrano. Un escudo aún monárquico (4 de marzo de 1931), que tardaría poco en desaparecer. 5. Innovación autocrítica en momento crucial de la Europa de entreguerras. 6. Una breves notas sobre el Cursillo de la Residencia de Estudiantes de 1931. 7. La inserción de esas materias en su primer Programa de Derecho Político como Catedrático de la Central, del Curso 1933/1934. II.- El otro cursillo sobre Derecho Parlamentario: esquema del que profesé en ICADE 70 años más tarde, en 2001. Bibliografía.
