Abstract

The European Court of Human Rights (Third Section) declares, through the decision of 28 May 2019, the inadmission of the application no. 75147/17 Maria Carme Forcadell i Lluis and others v. Spain, concerning the suspension of the plenary sitting of the Parliament of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia by the Constitutional Court of Spain.
