Abstract

A parliamentary group of the Parliament of Catalonia brings the appeal for protection 2634-2018 against the decision of the Bureau of said Parliament, regarding the processing of a bill. The Constitutional Court admits the appeal but dismisses it because of the procedural autonomy of the House and the duties of the Bureau, which must admit the initiative since it meets the minimal requirements of admissibility.
