Abstract
This paper analyses the evolution of legal drafting in Spain in the last forty years since the adoption of the 1978 Constitution, both in regulation and in some Constitutional Courts’ decisions. Advances are stated in the quality of the law, which are nevertheless not satisfactory enough.
